Working closely with the leadership team, a complete brand overhaul was undertaken with the view to create a new website. A new brand purpose and positioning was developed that captured the business mantra of taking a personal, hands on approach to IT for customers. The concept of ‘Humanising IT’ was conceived, framing the whole brand building project. After the development of the new brand, we delivered a responsive website that reflected the new personality and positioning of Extech and gave the business something to be proud of.
The new brand and site has delivered value since its launch, significantly increasing brand awareness and opening up sales opportunities.
