Pervasive, a mobility network specialist, came to us with a common problem in the IT and technology services industry. How can we create a differentiated identity and position in a crowded space and how can we make complex services and issues engaging and compelling?
Through the combination of a visually distinctive new brand identity and strategic brand positioning development that captured the organisations’ unique value proposition, Tweak helped Pervasive launch a transformed standout brand and competitive position that allows for future growth and evolution.
To help conceptualise the complex world of enterprise mobility network solutions in a digestible and simplified manner we created a brand mascot – Ruby – to help not only capture the attention of potential customers but also to be used as a platform to simply express the value offered by Pervasive’s services. This led to the creation of a 3D animated explainer video which followed the character of Ruby in a ‘day in the life’ of an office worker empowered by a faster, smarter enterprise mobility experience. This original creative content has helped Pervasive to open up new opportunities and drive sales growth.
