The challenge
The primary hurdle was targeting their main audience, which consisted of B2B clients interested in hiring apprentices. Identifying businesses seeking apprenticeship opportunities was difficult, as they might not be easily visible in the market. Moreover, there was a need to educate and inform these businesses about the benefits of hiring apprentices, as many were not fully aware of the advantages. In addition to B2B targeting, the team aimed to also attract a B2C audience to link potential apprentices with employers, adding another layer of complexity to the marketing strategy.
