Alex Hudson is an independent estate agency targeting a very specific area of Newcastle. The brief was clear: create a high-end, aspirational website that didn’t look like every other agent in the market.
They wanted to stand out through design, quality and attention to detail, while still delivering strong local SEO performance.

We designed a sleek, high-end website that reflected the aspirational look Alex Hudson wanted, while avoiding the generic estate agent aesthetic.
Alongside the design, we implemented targeted SEO for Newcastle and surrounding areas, including location pages, keyword research, metadata and title tag optimisation.
The site was fully integrated with Property Hive, supported by custom coding to ensure the platform’s functionality didn’t compromise the overall look and feel. New photography was incorporated throughout to elevate the brand and create a more premium presence.
