Bridford
Bridford
A prestige finance business, relaunched.

Overview
The experience was already there. The brand just hadn’t caught up.
The team behind Bridford have spent more than 25 years arranging finance for high-value cars, with over £1 billion funded along the way. Their reputation was built on relationships and strong word of mouth. But the way the business looked and presented itself online didn’t reflect the calibre of client they were working with, or the vision of where the business was heading.
Bridford’s clients are not typical car buyers. We’re talking high-net-worth individuals, business owners and corporate clients; people who’d rather deal with a private banker than a salesperson. So, the relaunch had to feel discreet, considered and quietly confident as opposed to flashy.
This was a full rebrand and relaunch. New identity first, then a new website, followed by social to announce it, and we’ve been commissioned since to help continue Bridford’s growth.
Deliverables
The solution
A rebrand like this is a balancing act. You want a clear step up without losing the trust that’s taken years to build.
We started with the identity: a new logo, a navy and rose gold palette, typography and full brand guidelines, including tone of voice. For a business built on trust, the words matter as much as the look.
Bridford’s service is concierge-led, with one dedicated adviser looking after each client from first enquiry to completion. The website needed to feel the same.
Wealthy clients want to see the numbers and speak to a real person, not fill in endless forms. The centrepiece is a bespoke finance configurator, letting clients model their own finance in a few clicks and have the quote sent straight to them by email or WhatsApp. That WhatsApp link puts them in touch with their adviser almost instantly, which is exactly how the concierge approach should work.
We announced the relaunch with a teaser and reveal campaign across LinkedIn and Instagram. Since then, we’ve added an early settlement configurator for existing clients and a private staff portal for the team.
Get the foundations right, relaunch properly, then keep building. That’s how we like to work.
